TERMS & CONDITIONS
Stay dates are 24th December, 25th December and 26th December 2025. No refunds will be given for any unused nights.
50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. Direct deposit only. Remainder is due 14 days prior to stay.
Cancellations made within 14days of the check in date are non-refundable. No modifications or amendments allowed.
Package is for 2 adults only. No additional guests or visitors are permitted onto the property during your stay.
We will be closed on Christmas Day & Boxing Day (available in case of emergency).
Check in is between 2pm & 6pm. Check out by 12pm on your day of departure.
A Ridge Retreat Gift Voucher or Credit Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.
Christmas food hamper maybe altered to cover some dietary requirements with prior notice but cannot be guaranteed.
