What’s for Dinner?

Your host Steven is also a fabulous cook! He completed his Cookery Apprenticeship as a young man & worked his way up became the Head Chef at the historic Man O’ Ross pub in Tasmania for many years before moving to Qld.

Steven’s specialty is creating wholesome food with great flavours. He’s not into fancy big plates with swiping’s of sauce, but he is into beautifully presented food that will leave your bellies full and your hearts warmed.
