What’s for Dinner?

Your host Steven is also a fabulous cook! He completed his Cookery Apprenticeship as a young man & worked his way up to become the Head Chef at the historic Man O’ Ross pub in Tasmania for many years before heading to mainland Australia. From here he was Head Chef in restaurants anywhere from tropical islands in Queensland to Outback remote areas across the Kimberley & Top End.

Steven’s specialty is creating wholesome food with great flavours. He’s not into fancy big plates with swiping’s of sauce, but he is into beautifully presented food that will leave your taste buds happy and your hearts warmed.

Starter

Sample a taste of the Territory

Grilled Spicey Buffalo Skewers with capsicum and a side of tomato chutney dipping sauce

Marinated crocodile bites with lemon myrtle & native pepper berry and a white lemon garlic dipping sauce

Mains

Your choice of two dishes all served with seasoned sweet potato & potato chips and a seasonal tropical inspired salad

  • Cooked to your liking grass feed Black Angus Sirloin served with your choice of butter

  • Grilled NT Wild caught Barramundi with lemon or lime

  • Chickpea Pattie Stack with beetroot relish & tahini mint sauce

Dessert

Time to relax by the campfire with your own little tub of NT made Crazy Acres delicious ice-cream

Choose from Vanilla, Mango or Passionfruit, all served with a variety of flavored toppings

Enjoy a complimentary drink each of either house wine, NT made One Mile beer or NT made Top End soft drink

The sale of alcohol is prohibited on the property so please BYO if you require more. Chilled table water will be made available throughout the evening.

Once your order has been received you will be sent a confirmation email for your booking with additional information.

CLOSED on Wednesday nights.

You will be sent a secure payment link to prepay for your experience 7 days prior to your stay.

Bookings for one?

A Solo Soirée.

Contact us for a menu here & we can book you a table to dine under the stars solo, with us or perhaps you would prefer delivery to guest house, it’s your choice.

Takeaway?

Sightseeing can be tiring.

Contact us for a takeaway menu here. We have a selection of pizzas cooked and delivered fresh to the guest house or some home cooked meals you can simply reheat. Preordering is required.
